SPUN: True Stories Told in the Territory is a live storytelling event showcasing some of the extraordinary people and stories that make up the Northern Territory. Popping up at different venues around Darwin every three months, SPUN brings people from all walks of life together to share stories under a theme.

Returning to Darwin Festival to turn the volume up on some particularly wild stories, this year’s event sees a line-up of local storytellers sharing true, personal accounts of the WILD fringes of their lives. See them delve into backyards, laboratories, troopies and tents to share tales of wild discoveries, wild careers, wild weather and wild nights.

This wild line-up includes a forensic detective (CSI-style), a local meteorologist, a tattooed ornithologist, a young embryologist and an emergency surgeon. Hang on for one wild ride that will have you spinning, bumping, whirling and grinding across the Territory.
